About the role

  • Lead and supervise the implementation team, providing high-level architectural guidance and technical governance.
  • Conduct rigorous reviews of technical designs, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to Salesforce standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the implementation team and the customer, advising on roadmap strategy and development best practices.
  • Monitor the development lifecycle to ensure high-quality code delivery and efficient system integration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) is good to have.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and implementation.
  • Minimum 8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect capacity.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
