Key Account Executive

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively prospect a portfolio of key account prospects (Tier 1) to expand the customer base
- Follow up on and develop a portfolio of key accounts (Tier 1), deploying innovations to existing customers
- Prepare responses to tenders and draft commercial proposals, working closely with internal departments
- Grow revenue within the commercial scope and meet established targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers
- Participate in customer events and trade shows
- Support marketing in developing business cases, communications, and customer stories
- Regularly update CRM tools with opportunities and maintain the customer and prospect database
- Provide competitive feedback to management and the marketing department
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Proven experience selling technically complex hardware and software solutions with services in B2B environments and long sales cycles
- Fluent written and spoken English and German
- Excellent relationship-building skills, from store-level contacts to C-level executives
- Ability to identify solution value for individual customers and convert this into additional sales
- High level of personal drive and a proactive working style
- Ability to prioritize strategic tasks from both the customer and Vusion perspectives
