About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively prospect a portfolio of key account prospects (Tier 1) to expand the customer base
  • Follow up on and develop a portfolio of key accounts (Tier 1), deploying innovations to existing customers
  • Prepare responses to tenders and draft commercial proposals, working closely with internal departments
  • Grow revenue within the commercial scope and meet established targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Participate in customer events and trade shows
  • Support marketing in developing business cases, communications, and customer stories
  • Regularly update CRM tools with opportunities and maintain the customer and prospect database
  • Provide competitive feedback to management and the marketing department

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience selling technically complex hardware and software solutions with services in B2B environments and long sales cycles
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, from store-level contacts to C-level executives
  • Ability to identify solution value for individual customers and convert this into additional sales
  • High level of personal drive and a proactive working style
  • Ability to prioritize strategic tasks from both the customer and Vusion perspectives
