About the role
- Shape and execute the company’s tax strategy in a dynamic, international, and fast-paced environment
- Design and implement the Group’s international tax strategy aligned with growth and expansion goals
- Identify and execute tax optimization opportunities in compliance with local and international regulations
- Ensure tax compliance across all jurisdictions where the Group operates
- Support strategic operations such as M&A, corporate restructuring and strategic projects
- Establish robust processes and tools for reliable tax management in a fast-growing context
- Manage relationships with tax authorities, auditors, and external advisors
- Report to the Group CFO
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Tax Law, Business Law, or equivalent
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in international taxation, ideally within the tech or retail sector
- Strong expertise in tax structuring, compliance, and optimization
- Experience supporting M&A, corporate restructuring and strategic projects
- Comfortable working in fast-changing, high-growth environments
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, autonomy, and rigor
- Fluent in English
