About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic sales team, providing guidance and coaching to maximize their potential.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on exceeding customer expectations and driving results.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define sales goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to expand market share and enhance VuMedi's competitive position.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights to shape product and service offerings.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Establish and optimize sales processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Implement and manage sales technology tools and CRM systems to drive productivity.
- Regularly analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Implement data-driven decision-making to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics.
- Manage the sales budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
- Work with finance to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales revenue.
- Ensure that the sales team operates in compliance with industry regulations and VuMedi's ethical standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling high-performing sales teams in the healthcare or technology sector.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, trends, and customer needs.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience with sales technology tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to travel as needed.
