About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage strategic Developer Relations and ecosystem programs across open source, cloud-native, and developer communities
  • Build and maintain partnerships with developers, communities, technology partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives involving Developer Relations, Marketing, Technical, Community, Product, and Events teams
  • Manage end-to-end program execution including planning, onboarding, activation, communications, and reporting
  • Coordinate content, campaigns, technical initiatives, community programs, and partner activations to drive developer engagement
  • Develop scalable operational processes, workflows, documentation, and reporting systems for program success
  • Define and track KPIs, program health metrics, timelines, and stakeholder outcomes across multiple initiatives
  • Represent Vultr at conferences, community events, ecosystem initiatives, and partner engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong program management and Developer Relations experience within technology, cloud, SaaS, or developer-focused organizations
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs, partnerships, community initiatives, or ecosystem projects
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Experience working with technical teams, developer communities, or open source ecosystems
  • Strong operational mindset with experience building scalable processes and execution frameworks
  • Data-driven approach to measuring program performance, engagement, and business impact
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable with a passion for developer ecosystems and community-led growth.
  • Candidate with 3 -4 years of relevant experience are preferred
