About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Draft, post, and manage job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Screen and triage incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
  • Prepare and send offer letters and employment agreements in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Conduct reference checks and background checks as required.
  • Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by ensuring all candidate information, workflows, and documentation are up to date. ATS is Ashby.
  • Build, update, and maintain recruitment dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending operational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools (Ashby is a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling with accuracy.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling tech company.
  • Proactive, highly organized, and detail oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A commitment to confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; experience with reporting tools is a plus.
