About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create, manage, and optimize written content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and nurtures leads
Own the measurement layer of content: define, track, and report on KPIs across blog and email channels
Research, write, and edit engaging blog posts aligned with brand voice and SEO best practices
Create and manage newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional emails using Zoho Campaigns or similar tools
Use AI tools to enhance blog writing, keyword optimization, campaign copy, and performance analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

0–1 year of experience in digital marketing, content writing, or email marketing (internship or project experience counts)
Knowledge or exposure to Zoho CRM is a must
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimization is required
Experience with email marketing platforms (Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
Understanding of SEO and content analytics
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Detail-oriented with a knack for creating engaging, reader-focused content
Self-motivated, creative, and eager to learn new marketing technologies
