About the role

- Collaborate with senior team members to align posts with broader marketing goals.
- SEO Optimization: Optimize blog posts with targeted keywords, proper formatting, and internal linking.
- Apply on-page SEO best practices to improve search visibility and organic reach.
- Track and analyze blog performance metrics (traffic, time on page, bounce rate) to inform future strategy.
- Use tools like SurferSEO, Google Search Console, or similar platforms to guide optimization.
- AI-Assisted Writing & Workflow: Use AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Write sonic) to accelerate content drafting and ideation.
- Explore automation opportunities to streamline content production and publishing workflows.
- Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all content output.
- Content Performance & Reporting: Monitor key content metrics and compile regular performance reports.
- Recommend improvements to content strategy based on data insights.
- Stay up-to-date with content marketing trends, SEO algorithm updates, and industry news.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 0–1 year of experience in content writing, blogging, or digital marketing (internship or project experience counts).
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly and compellingly across different topics and formats.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimization is required.
- Exposure to SEO principles and content analytics platforms is a strong plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
