About the role
- Own the technical build of the first-generation Trustbridge supplier app end-to-end
- Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers and interns based in India
- Translate business and product specifications into technical plans
- Collaborate with the founder and Fractional CTO on architecture decisions
Requirements
- 7–12 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on applied ML or AI systems.
- Experience shipping production ML or AI systems end-to-end
- Competence across model selection, agent orchestration, data engineering, and inference architecture
- Experience leading junior engineers
- Ability to clearly communicate technical decisions
