About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare monthly commercial lists by brand and channel, considering sales targets, margins and stock replenishment.
Support the definition and monitoring of promotional activities, campaigns, coupons, PIX and pre-approved discounts for marketplace channels.
Monitor commercial KPIs, channel performance, margins, pricing and competitiveness on a daily basis, proposing adjustments when necessary.
Identify sales and inventory clearance opportunities based on stock levels, turnover, profitability and channel behavior.
Track prices, commercial actions and competitor movements on major marketplaces and official brand stores.
Participate in the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns such as In Season, Clearance and Black Friday, supporting negotiations and commercial strategies.
Perform performance analyses for channels and products, identifying opportunities for growth and improved results.
Attend meetings with brands and internal teams to align strategies, review results and identify opportunities.
Support monitoring of exclusive products and market-tracking materials.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Economics or a related field.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
Experience in marketplaces, e-commerce or commercial/sales areas.
Reside in São Paulo or the surrounding region (hybrid role with on-site work near Shopping Villa-Lobos).
Analytical, organized, proactive, with good communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
