About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement affiliate program strategies aligned with the company’s objectives;
- Prospect, recruit and activate new affiliates/partners;
- Manage the relationship with the affiliate base, ensuring engagement and performance;
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (sales, conversion, ROI, CAC, among others);
- Identify opportunities to optimize and grow the affiliate channel;
- Negotiate commercial terms, commissions and campaigns with affiliates;
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns in partnership with affiliates;
- Monitor competitors and market trends in affiliate marketing;
- Ensure the correct functioning of affiliate platforms and tools;
- Prepare periodic performance reports and present results to management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in Digital Marketing and supplier/vendor relationship management;
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and the operational routines of retail e-commerce;
- Reside in Jundiaí or the surrounding region (available to work on-site once a week);
- University degree in progress;
- Knowledge of VTEX and Google Analytics;
- Advanced Excel skills.
