• Support and coordinate cross-functional operational projects, ensuring alignment between operational requirements and business objectives
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives within operational planning processes to increase efficiency and adaptability
• Monitor operational resource availability and support the development of short- and long-term solutions to address operational needs and shortages
• Support project management activities related to Fleet Transformation and operational initiatives, ensuring actions, timelines, and deliverables are tracked effectively
• Coordinate the procurement and follow-up of operational equipment and materials, ensuring timely purchasing, delivery, and implementation according to business needs
• Manage and monitor end-to-end supply activities related to operational equipment, including supplier coordination, shipment tracking, delivery status monitoring, and issue resolution
• Act as a liaison with suppliers, providers, transport companies, customs agencies, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of procurement and delivery processes
• Analyze supply and operational performance data, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization
• Manage Operations KPIs and provide detailed reporting and insights to support decision-making
• Perform any additional responsibilities or tasks related to the role as assigned.
