About the role
- Understand the disease state and brand areas to be able to contribute meaningful feedback to materials developed
- Understand your brands so you can be the first level of review before it reaches senior management
- Establish and maintain effective, trusted, and collaborative working relationships with clients, agency partners, and internal departments
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and dynamics
- Contribute to the development of strategic and tactical recommendations for client(s)
- Independently manage daily account activities, including client contact reports, status reports, project plans, tactical development, and execution (both internal and client reviews)
- Guide the internal team and the client to ensure that work is executed efficiently within timelines and established budgets
- Proactively monitor market trends and provide client(s) with updates and/or recommendations
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising industry or consistent demonstratable mastery of skills
- Experience with pharmaceutical/healthcare brands
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Entrepreneurial spirit, charisma, and a positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation, communication, and written abilities
