About the role
- Oversee breakfast, lunch and dinner services (buffet)
- Organize and supervise front-of-house teams
- Maintain an active presence on the dining room floor and manage guest relations
- Coordinate daily with the kitchen
- Manage orders and inventory
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Guarantee service quality and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in contract catering, hospitality or holiday resorts
- On-the-ground leadership, strong organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to cleanliness, detail and adherence to hygiene standards
- Comfortable with guest relations and team management
- Responsive, reliable and committed
