About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver innovation projects: You support digital solutions from initial idea to market readiness, working closely with clients as well as design, development and management teams, ensuring we reach our goals efficiently.
Take responsibility for ventures & subprojects: You will independently own smaller (sub-)projects and contribute significantly to in-house ventures with high external impact.
Proactive improvements & AI/tech scouting: You help with ideation, identify optimization opportunities and proactively propose changes that make a real difference.
Rapid prototyping & R&D: We focus on short development cycles, validate ideas early and respond quickly to feedback.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ongoing studies in Business, Computer Science or a related field – you have a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Strong problem-solving skills: You’re an excellent troubleshooter, think analytically and find solutions in complex situations rather than just pointing out problems.
Appetite for new things & creativity: You enjoy developing original ideas and taking ownership to turn them into concrete results — you don’t stop until the outcome convinces.
Technical interest and basic skills (e.g. coding) are a plus but not required — willingness to learn and a basic understanding of agile methods are more important.
Very good German and English skills – you communicate confidently in both languages.
Initiative & sense of responsibility: You handle uncertainty with confidence and keep your projects on track independently.
Forward-thinking: You question processes, actively look for improvements and bring new ideas to the team.
Customer and business perspective: You understand our clients’ needs as well as our internal goals and propose effective solutions.
High pace: You are comfortable working in fast-moving projects and can juggle multiple tasks at once.
First experience in product management, a startup environment or development is a plus but not required.
