Chief of Staff

• Implement internal projects: You will support internal strategic initiatives from the initial idea through to implementation.
• Own subprojects: You will take responsibility for smaller (sub-)projects independently — for example to optimize processes, automate workflows, or improve internal reporting.
• AI-driven process optimization: A key focus is the targeted use of artificial intelligence to make internal procedures and processes more efficient.
• Proactive improvements & AI/tool scouting: You will contribute to ideation, identify optimization opportunities and independently propose improvements that make a tangible difference.
• Rapid prototyping & R&D: Together we will develop internal prototypes, evaluate tools and concepts, and validate new ideas — always with an eye on advancing the company.
