About the role
- Implementing innovation projects: You accompany digital solutions from the initial idea to market readiness, work closely with clients as well as design, development and management teams, and ensure we reach our goals efficiently. You are also actively involved in international collaboration with our team.
- Owning ventures & subprojects: You not only take responsibility for smaller (sub)projects independently but also contribute to your own ventures with significant external impact that you can shape substantially. In a fast-paced environment you always have the opportunity to take ownership.
- Proactive improvements & AI/tech scouting: You support ideation, identify optimization opportunities and proactively propose ideas that truly make a difference. You keep track of the latest AI tools and technologies, test them and help integrate them into our projects and processes.
- Rapid prototyping & R&D: Together we rely on short development cycles, validate ideas early and respond quickly to feedback. You are at the heart of building prototypes and testing concepts for feasibility.
Requirements
- Ongoing degree in business administration, computer science or a comparable field — you have a growth mindset and bring an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong problem-solving skills: You are an excellent troubleshooter, think analytically and find solutions in complex situations rather than just identifying problems.
- Appetite for new things & creativity: You enjoy developing original ideas and taking responsibility for turning them into concrete results — you don’t stop until the outcome truly convinces.
- Technical interest and basic knowledge (e.g. coding) are a plus but not required — willingness to learn and a basic understanding of agile methods are more important.
- Excellent German and English skills — you communicate confidently in both languages.
- Initiative & sense of responsibility: You handle uncertainty with poise and keep your projects on track independently.
- Forward-thinking: You question processes, actively look for improvements and bring new ideas to the team.
- Client and business perspective: You understand our clients’ needs as well as our internal goals and propose effective solutions.
- High tempo: You thrive when projects move quickly and can juggle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Initial experience in product management, a startup environment or development is a plus but not required.
