About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and directing performance and operational functions
Oversees strategic business unit’s business and strategic plans
Accountable for developing and executing go-to-market strategies within government-sponsored programs
Develop and execute growth strategies to increase membership and revenue
Serve as executive owner for key program and operational capabilities
Define and recommend objectives in each area of responsibility
Review and approve implementation of SBU organizational plans
Maintain industry knowledge and relationships to forecast and respond to the market
Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and business leaders to develop benefit designs
Lead SBU operations and work with cross-functional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
Ten years of experience with clear progression to senior leadership/management roles
Senior leadership experience in government-sponsored managed care environments
Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and benefit solutions within regulated healthcare environments
Strong working knowledge of regulatory, audit, and compliance expectations
Clean DMV record
Ability to travel up to 30-40% of the time
