Plan, produce, and implement internal and external communications tactics
Develop and execute employee communication plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Human Resources, or related experience
Two years’ experience in internal communications work
Demonstrated ability to recommend internal communication approaches
Ability to effectively use a variety of communication mediums
Strong writing, editing, communication, and planning skills
Ability to write documentation and reports that are clear
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and employment branding platforms
