About the role
- Leading the system development effort by providing vision to the team
- Outlining work in the product backlog
- Coordinating with business owners to prioritize work
- Gathers, validates, translates, and prioritizes business and technical needs
- Creates detailed product requirements and ensures clear communication to teams
- Acts as a subject matter expert for system features
- Resolves complex problems
- Manages impacts to multiple publics and business areas
- Active participant in scrum ceremonies
- Represents the scrum team to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in leadership roles on business projects
- 4+ years of experience making business process recommendations and preparing business cases
- 4+ years of experience with business process analytics using Excel
- Ability to visualize and create plans for future business outcomes
- Strong conflict management skills.
