About the role
- Evaluate and report on retail & OD labor KPI’s
- Provide insights to leadership on areas of opportunity
- Evaluate the forecasting model and the impact to labor
- Look for efficiencies in the scheduling platform that will make scheduling easier for our stores
- Build out labor dashboards in Power BI
Requirements
- Facilities to work remotely, including private or semi-private workspace
- Access to high-speed internet
- 3rd or 4th year Degree Target: Finance or Accounting Program
