Sealing Specialist – Sales
VSP TechnologiesSealing Specialist responsible for overseeing sales growth and providing support in a defined territory. Collaborating with customers and internal teams to identify sealing solutions and ensure success.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the growth and success of a geographic sales territory
- Provide all necessary technical, product, and sales support to current and new customers in the territory
- Prospect
- Provide training to customers
- Be a resource for plants’ engineering team
- Identify and propose sealing solutions
- Document the cost impact of work/solutions for the plants
- Manage the contract Salesforce utilization
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees
- Project a favorable image of the company to promote, foster, and enhance public recognition of the company and its products and services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related discipline or equivalent experience
- Experience relating to essential job functions
- Customer service interactions, support, and sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) majors (Preferred)
- Industrial experience (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of Kaizen, Six Sigma (Preferred)
