About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the growth and success of a geographic sales territory
  • Provide all necessary technical, product, and sales support to current and new customers in the territory
  • Prospect
  • Provide training to customers
  • Be a resource for plants’ engineering team
  • Identify and propose sealing solutions
  • Document the cost impact of work/solutions for the plants
  • Manage the contract Salesforce utilization
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees
  • Project a favorable image of the company to promote, foster, and enhance public recognition of the company and its products and services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Experience relating to essential job functions
  • Customer service interactions, support, and sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) majors (Preferred)
  • Industrial experience (Preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Kaizen, Six Sigma (Preferred)
