About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions within the Talent Management Suite
  • Customizing and system configuration of the relevant SuccessFactors modules
  • Implementation of functional requirements from HR, management and adjacent departments
  • Configuration of business rules, workflows, forms, roles and permissions
  • Creation, development and administration of a role-based authorization concept based on Role-Based Permissions
  • Analysis and resolution of authorization issues within the SuccessFactors landscape
  • Coordination with HR, IT security and compliance regarding roles, permissions and governance requirements
  • Support for integrating the SuccessFactors solution into the existing H4/S4 landscape
  • Ensuring a consistent data, roles and permissions structure
  • Support during testing, rollout and go-live
  • Analysis, optimization and further development of existing configurations and processes in talent management
  • Collaboration with internal teams as well as external partners and service providers
  • Work as part of an agile team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant
  • Solid knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Suite
  • Strong skills in customizing and system configuration within SuccessFactors
  • Strong knowledge of Role-Based Permissions and designing authorization concepts
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM, HCM-PE and H4/S4 is an advantage
  • Experience in HR transformation projects desirable
  • Experience in integrating SuccessFactors with H4/S4 desirable
  • Experience with SAP Identity Authentication Service and Identity Provisioning Service is an advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control is an advantage
  • Structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Communication and teamwork skills in an interdisciplinary environment
  • Confluence / Jira
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
