Talent Acquisition Specialist, French-speaking

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the recruitment strategy and prioritize hiring needs with managers
- Track and manage recruitment KPIs
- Implement initiatives to attract top talent
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
- Manage strategic direct hires
- Promote the employer brand with tailored campaigns
- Design and structure effective onboarding for new hires
- Lead internal and external referral programs
- Continuously improve the recruitment process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience in hyper-growth environments
- Strong ambition and high standards for hiring
- Entrepreneurial mindset, project management experience, and process implementation skills
- Act as a Business Partner to Hiring Managers
- Strong interpersonal skills, good listening ability, and curiosity
- Rigour, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Fluency in French and English (Spanish is a plus)
