- Primary contact for existing customers in West Germany within the social and healthcare sectors
- Responsible for acquiring new contracts and assignments from long-standing clients
- Deliver engaging and informative presentations
- Attend trade shows, industry forums and customer events
- Serve as internal and external point of contact for technical inquiries and for cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
- Experience in the social services sector, either through relevant training or professional experience
- Proven track record in account management/retention sales, ideally with software solutions
- Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and persuasive presentation skills
- High IT affinity and a service-oriented mindset
