About the role
- Requirements elicitation & analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, functional interfaces, and system requirements.
- Break down requirements into implementable user stories with clear acceptance criteria and prepare for PI release.
- Conduct workshops to define goals and use cases, and develop recommendations and strategies for project delivery.
- Define and optimize processes — from data provisioning and interoperability to interface development.
- Ensure compliance with standards, guidelines and regulations in areas such as environmental requirements, technical planning, and right of way.
- Align requirements and processes with business units. Work with the development team to ensure quality standards and perform tests to evaluate acceptance criteria.
- Travel across Germany and work on-site with clients (50% of your working time).
Requirements
- Completed degree, preferably in Architecture, Civil/Construction Engineering, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a related field, preferably in BIM management, BIM coordination, digital defect management, or a comparable role.
- Willingness to take responsibility and proactively drive initiatives.
- Assertive, solution-oriented, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex issues simply and in a structured manner.
- German (fluent, C1–C2) and English (basic proficiency).
