About the role

  • Requirements gathering & analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, technical interfaces, and system requirements
  • Break down requirements into implementable user stories with clear acceptance criteria and prepare for PI approval
  • Conduct workshops to define objectives and use cases, and to outline recommendations and strategies for project execution
  • Define and optimize processes — from data provisioning and interoperability to interface development
  • Conduct tests to evaluate acceptance criteria

Requirements

  • Completed degree, preferably in Architecture, Civil/Construction or Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant field, preferably in BIM management, BIM coordination, digital defect management, or similar
  • Eager to take responsibility and proactively drive initiatives forward
  • Assertive, solution-oriented, and strong in communication
  • Able to explain complex topics clearly and in a structured manner
  • German (fluent, C1–C2) and English (basic knowledge)
