About the role
- Requirements gathering & analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, technical interfaces, and system requirements
- Break down requirements into implementable user stories with clear acceptance criteria and prepare for PI approval
- Conduct workshops to define objectives and use cases, and to outline recommendations and strategies for project execution
- Define and optimize processes — from data provisioning and interoperability to interface development
- Conduct tests to evaluate acceptance criteria
Requirements
- Completed degree, preferably in Architecture, Civil/Construction or Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant field, preferably in BIM management, BIM coordination, digital defect management, or similar
- Eager to take responsibility and proactively drive initiatives forward
- Assertive, solution-oriented, and strong in communication
- Able to explain complex topics clearly and in a structured manner
- German (fluent, C1–C2) and English (basic knowledge)
