Sales Representative for Business and Commercial Clients

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively reach out by phone to business and commercial clients
- Advise on financial solutions (e.g., loans, insurance)
- Conduct clear, goal-oriented sales conversations through to closing
- Work with tools such as HubSpot and Aircall
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and partner banks
- Identify new sales opportunities and continuously improve your outreach
- Contribute to new initiatives, experiments, and pilot projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong product understanding (ideally in the financial sector)
- Experience in the financial services sector
- Proven track record in sales
- Quick learner with a strong willingness to learn
- Resilience and persistence in sales
- Ability to work in a dynamic, not fully defined environment
- Nice-to-haves: Experience in B2B sales
- Experience in building new business (new business development)
- Confident with CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Data-driven working approach
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience delivering presentations or product demos
