About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively reach out by phone to business and commercial clients
  • Advise on financial solutions (e.g., loans, insurance)
  • Conduct clear, goal-oriented sales conversations through to closing
  • Work with tools such as HubSpot and Aircall
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and partner banks
  • Identify new sales opportunities and continuously improve your outreach
  • Contribute to new initiatives, experiments, and pilot projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong product understanding (ideally in the financial sector)
  • Experience in the financial services sector
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Quick learner with a strong willingness to learn
  • Resilience and persistence in sales
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, not fully defined environment
  • Nice-to-haves: Experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in building new business (new business development)
  • Confident with CRM systems and sales pipelines
  • Data-driven working approach
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience delivering presentations or product demos
