About the role
- Welcoming customers and recording inquiries: You act as the first point of contact for customers, record their requests and forward matters for further processing.
- Offering service solutions: You provide customers with a range of service options and reliably process various types of payment transactions.
- Handling routine customer inquiries: You answer straightforward customer questions and process their transactions quickly and accurately.
- Escalating complex issues: You forward more complex customer matters to the appropriate departments or specialists for further handling.
- Supporting service advisors: You assist service advisors with their administrative tasks and help ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Team player, not a lone operator
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or training as a bank clerk (m/f/d)
- Some prior professional experience
- Strong professional competence
- Current proof of compliance with continuing education requirements under the EU Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD)
- Service-oriented with the ability to understand customers' individual needs and preferences
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
