About the role

  • Customer reception and recording of requests: You are the first point of contact for customers, record their wishes and forward requests for further processing.

Requirements

  • Team player
  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or qualification as a bank clerk (m/f/d), ideally with initial professional experience.
  • Strong professional competence and current proof of mandatory continuing education under the EU Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD).
  • Service-oriented approach and ability to respond to individual customer needs.
  • Driver's license (Category B).
