About the role
- Identify and prospect qualified leads using prospecting tools and strategies.
- Contribute to marketing data analysis to propose improvements in lead generation and conversion.
- Implement and manage nurture campaigns, delivering relevant content to engage and advance leads through the funnel.
- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of engagement campaigns.
- Track and report lead qualification KPIs, such as conversion rate and number of meetings scheduled.
- Develop and maintain institutional relationships with strategic partners, strengthening the network of contacts and business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and meetings, promoting the brand and identifying new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields;
- Residence in São Paulo (SP) or Greater Vitória (ES);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Previous experience;
- Good communication skills, dynamism, and strong interpersonal skills.
