About the role
- Proactively approach potential B2B customers in the Dutch-speaking market via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Conduct outbound outreach including cold calling and cold emailing
- Research industries and key stakeholders to personalize outreach and maximize engagement
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for SME freight forwarding businesses
- Schedule introductory meetings between qualified prospects and senior sales leadership in the Netherlands
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the outreach cycle
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure full pipeline visibility
- Share market insights and customer feedback with leadership to inform commercial strategy
Requirements
- Availability for **6 months**
- Native or near-native **Dutch fluency** (mandatory)
- Good English skills for internal collaboration
- Strong motivation to build a career in outbound sales
- Comfort with cold calling and proactive outreach
- Resilience, persistence, and a structured approach to follow-up
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Interest in logistics, transportation, or B2B sectors is a plus
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required — recent graduates and students are welcome
