About the role

  • Proactively approach potential B2B customers in the Dutch-speaking market via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Conduct outbound outreach including cold calling and cold emailing
  • Research industries and key stakeholders to personalize outreach and maximize engagement
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for SME freight forwarding businesses
  • Schedule introductory meetings between qualified prospects and senior sales leadership in the Netherlands
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the outreach cycle
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure full pipeline visibility
  • Share market insights and customer feedback with leadership to inform commercial strategy

Requirements

  • Availability for **6 months**
  • Native or near-native **Dutch fluency** (mandatory)
  • Good English skills for internal collaboration
  • Strong motivation to build a career in outbound sales
  • Comfort with cold calling and proactive outreach
  • Resilience, persistence, and a structured approach to follow-up
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Interest in logistics, transportation, or B2B sectors is a plus
  • Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required — recent graduates and students are welcome
