• **Your Role:**
• Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be the driving force behind **staffing a successful start-up for the new school year**. You will partner with leadership to understand recruitment needs, define job requirements, and ensure alignment with company policies and current legislation. You will own the **full recruitment cycle**, from posting job ads and sourcing candidates to securing top talent and tracking progress in our Applicant Tracking System.
• **Primary Responsibilities**
• - Post all job opportunities and drive high-volume recruitment to ensure all positions are filled efficiently.
• - Interview candidates, maintain accurate databases, and provide timely follow-up.
• - Track and report recruitment metrics and progress regularly, providing analytical insights to support leadership and cross-functional teams.
• - Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute **innovative social media and advertising strategies** to attract candidates.
• - Contribute to a positive new hire experience by staying connected throughout onboarding and beyond.
• - Gather, audit, and manage all required documentation during hiring and onboarding.
• - Work closely with Operations, Training, and other teams to coordinate a smooth, start-up-specific recruitment and onboarding process.
• - Build local community connections and partnerships to support recruitment efforts.
• - Identify opportunities to streamline administrative tasks, improve processes, and enhance recruitment outcomes.
• - Be proactive in recommending and implementing creative approaches to attract talent for a new division launch.
