About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support to the Part Sales team through processing incoming purchase orders
Guarantee customer satisfaction
Calculate complete invoices and arrange payment for customers
Generate quotes, sales orders, packing slips, invoices, and shipping requests
Work closely with the Material Control department to ensure timely shipping
Make shipping arrangements and coordinate logistics for outgoing parts
Communicate with courier companies regarding clearance delays
Provide post-sale customer service as needed
Audit daily production of transactions and reports
Ensure inventory stock levels meet department requirements
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 1-year experience in administration or related field
Completion of high school diploma
Experience using inventory-related software, such as WinAir, considered an asset
Detail oriented, self-starter with ability to work independently
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Proficient in the use of computer applications (i.e., Microsoft Suite)
