About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support to the Part Sales team through processing incoming purchase orders
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Calculate complete invoices and arrange payment for customers
  • Generate quotes, sales orders, packing slips, invoices, and shipping requests
  • Work closely with the Material Control department to ensure timely shipping
  • Make shipping arrangements and coordinate logistics for outgoing parts
  • Communicate with courier companies regarding clearance delays
  • Provide post-sale customer service as needed
  • Audit daily production of transactions and reports
  • Ensure inventory stock levels meet department requirements
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 1-year experience in administration or related field
  • Completion of high school diploma
  • Experience using inventory-related software, such as WinAir, considered an asset
  • Detail oriented, self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the use of computer applications (i.e., Microsoft Suite)
