About the role
- Work with the full Microsoft stack — Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Azure, and custom development in C#, .NET, and JavaScript
- Lead the charge on enabling AI and CoPilot capabilities within the CRM ecosystem
- Identify use cases, build solutions, and create scalable frameworks that support teams globally
- Run workshops, demos, and presentations for an international audience to drive adoption
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and prioritize automation opportunities
- Build reusable tools and frameworks and work with global stakeholders to deliver solutions
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, IT, and Change Management to deliver technically sound solutions that move the business forward
Requirements
- Experienced MS Dynamics 365 AI Solutions Developer
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (configuration, customization, integrations)
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Demonstrated experience with Azure cloud
- JavaScript, C#, .NET for plugin development
- Prompt engineering or fine-tuning AI capabilities within CoPilot
- Experience with Power Virtual Agents or Azure OpenAI is a plus
- Able to identify, recommend, and build CoPilot/AI-powered automation use cases
- Familiarity with Microsoft DataVerse
- Strong SQL skills
- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance
- Facilitation & Presentation: polished in leading meetings, demos, and workshops
- Ability to communicate clearly with thousands of global employees from diverse cultures
- Comfortably present technical roadmaps to business audiences
- Strong cross-functional collaboration (Product, Ops, IT, Change Mgmt)
- Balance of humility, confidence, and clarity in communication
- This position is a contract to hire position and is 100% remote
