- Develop CRM solutions using MS Dynamics 365 and related technologies
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to prioritize automation opportunities and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Lead workshops, demos, and presentations for international audience
- Identify, recommend, and build AI-powered automation use cases
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
- JavaScript, C#, .NET for plugin development
- Familiarity with Azure cloud
- Strong SQL skills
- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance
- Strong cross-functional collaboration
- Must be polished in leading meetings, demos, and workshops
