About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define 18–24 month product vision and roadmap at the channel level
Establish AI experience strategy and competitive positioning
Present and align product strategy with executive leadership
Set standards for product specifications and delivery practices
Ensure accountability for outcomes, not just milestones
Partner with engineering leadership on build-versus-buy decisions, AI system design implications, and architecture trade-offs
Act as a strategic partner to the VP of Digital Product
Contribute to business cases, investment decisions, and roadmap prioritization

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of product or technical product experience
Proven leadership at a product area or channel level
Deep expertise in retirement and wealth management
Extensive experience defining AI product strategy
Strong technical credibility with engineering leadership
Experience influencing VP-level strategy as an individual contributor
