About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and KPI measurement frameworks.
- Build scalable reporting and analytics solutions that support Wealth Management business objectives.
- Integrate data across multiple enterprise systems and data sources to create trusted business insights.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries supporting reporting, analytics, and performance measurement needs.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, business opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Technology teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and governance.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and data storytelling that supports strategic decision making.
- Support future-state forecasting, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled reporting initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or data-focused roles.
- Strong Power BI development experience, including dashboard design, data modeling, and visualization best practices.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Experience supporting cloud-based data environments such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or comparable platforms.
- Experience integrating multiple data sources and developing scalable analytical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Demonstrated success partnering with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of professional experience, certifications, technical training, military experience, apprenticeships, or demonstrated expertise will be considered.
