About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Building relationships across the organization to promote the growth of pooled plan solutions
- Attending and leading client, broker, advisor, TPA and consultant meetings
- Providing training to local field teams
- Attending industry conferences to build Voya brand and reputation
- Partnering with Marketing to develop collateral helpful for growth in this space
- Supporting implementation and client service on an “as needed” basis
- Supporting onboarding of new team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of sales/marketing success selling Retirement and preferable Multiple Employer products through brokers and consultants.
- Extensive product knowledge in the pooled plan space, strong marketplace relationships, and be open to travel.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
- Series 6 and 63 licenses
- Proven track record of sales success.
