About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide onsite education and motivational seminars on a wide range of financial topics to retirement plan participants and prospective participants.
- Customize PowerPoint presentations to reflect specific plan design and plan features.
- Maintain industry knowledge through continuing education programs required by FINRA licenses to deliver compliant onsite presentations.
- Maintain an onsite training measurement system to track program effectiveness for plan sponsors and internal Voya groups.
- Ensure presentation topics and speaking points remain compliant with industry standards and approved sales/advertising practices.
- Book travel through corporate‑approved vendors and perform other duties as assigned.
- Travel within the region up to 90% of the time.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 4–6 years of financial industry experience
- FINRA licensed (Series 6 or 7 & 63 required)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent public speaking skills
- Familiarity with 401(k), 403(b), and 457 plans preferred
- Life license preferred or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
