Key responsibilities & impact

Define 18–24 month product vision and roadmap
Establish AI experience strategy and competitive positioning
Present and align strategy with executive leadership
Set standards for product specifications and delivery practices
Ensure accountability for outcomes, not just milestones
Partner with engineering leadership on: Build vs. buy decisions, AI system design implications, Architecture trade-offs impacting product outcomes
Act as a strategic partner to VP Digital Product
Contribute to business cases, investment decisions, and roadmap prioritization
Mentor and develop product delivery talent across all levels
Define career progression and capability expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of product or technical product experience
Proven leadership at a product area or channel level
Deep expertise in retirement and wealth management
Extensive experience defining AI product strategy
Strong technical credibility with engineering leadership
Experience influencing VP-level strategy as an IC
