Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership capacity.
Deep expertise in modern application architecture, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and enterprise systems integration.
Track record of leading complex technical projects with cross-functional impact.
Extensive experience in mentoring senior and lead engineers.
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
