Key responsibilities & impact

Significantly increase institutional assets under management across investment products sourced from US investment consulting firms
Manage a substantial portion of consultant relations efforts
Collaborate closely with Voya IM’s relationship management, business development, and investment teams
Coordinate with investment consultant manager research staff and field consultants
Establish clear goals, tactical actions, and accountabilities for assigned consulting firms
Provide detailed call notes and market feedback to business development and investment management teams
Collaborate with consultant relations team to determine agendas for research meetings and materials for consultant presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 15 years of experience working in asset management
At least 5 years of experience working in a consultant relations role for a multi-capability institutional investment management firm
Proven and measurable track record of gaining product ratings, getting into searches, and generating revenue through investment consultants
Strong academic background, including an advanced degree or professional designation such as a CFA preferred
Extensive knowledge of the investment management industry with a comprehensive understanding of investment consultants and their institutional clients
