About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee sales operations across 6 Senior Regional Director (SRD) territories.
- Lead the division to achieve gross and NNCF goals within our Mutual Fund, SMA, ETF, Model Portfolio, and Private / Alternative offerings.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team to achieve strong sales results across RIAs, Wirehouse and Independent Broker Dealers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders within Voya Investment Management.
- Provide senior sales leadership with market intelligence including sales trends, product demands, competitor intel.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10 years of previous wholesaling experience is required.
- Five plus years of divisional sales management experience is strongly desired.
- Series 7, 66 and 24 licenses are required.
- Proven history of leadership, strong grasp of capital markets, financial products, market dynamics, and intermediary distribution.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills are required.
- Must have a proven track record of sales success.
- Creative problem solver with an innovative, growth-oriented attitude.
- Ability to coach and be coached, possess strong organizational skills and process driven.
- Team oriented with a strong desire to help team members succeed.
