Key responsibilities & impact

Own the Planview and ADO Product Strategies
Define and maintain the Planview and ADO product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy and portfolio maturity.
Translate business and EPMO needs into clear platform capabilities, enhancements, and priorities.
Manage the Platform Backlog & Roadmap
Own and prioritize the Planview and ADO backlogs, including enhancements, integrations, workflow automation, technical debt, and user experience improvements.
Define and govern how Planview and ADO are used across the enterprise, including data standards, required fields, workflows, and reporting structures.
Drive enterprise adoption and maturity of Planview and ADO through onboarding, training, communications, and enablement.
Ensure Planview functions as an authoritative source of truth for portfolio, delivery, financial, and capacity data.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in platform ownership, product management, EPMO/PMO operations, portfolio management, or enterprise delivery enablement
Hands-on experience owning or deeply supporting Planview (any combination of Portfolio, Work, Resource, Financial, or Capacity modules)
Strong business acumen and ability to connect platforms to portfolio and investment decisions
Excellent stakeholder communication and prioritization skills
