About the role

  • Support a variety of strategic initiatives across the organization, including:
  • Assisting with change management and transformation efforts, including reporting, documentation, and coordination of initiatives
  • Supporting AI‑enabled and technology‑driven projects that enhance business processes and decision‑making
  • Partnering with stakeholders across teams to help gather inputs, track progress, and support communication efforts
  • Contributing to reporting and analysis used by leadership to monitor progress and outcomes
  • Gaining exposure to global collaboration, with potential interaction with international teams
  • Supporting additional projects and priorities as business needs evolve

Requirements

  • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2
  • Self-motivated, excited about learning, comfortable working in a collaborative environment characterized by open sharing of feedback to achieve optimum outcomes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Detail oriented with solid analytical capabilities – being able to see things differently than others with substance and relevance.
