About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Recruit for specialized roles within investment management and related financial services functions, leveraging industry knowledge and networks.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to identify and engage top talent for current and future openings.
  • Manage offer discussions and ensure alignment with candidate expectations and company standards.
  • Actively network within external markets, attend industry events, and maintain awareness of talent trends in investment management.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve sourcing strategies and deliver qualitative staffing results.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide insights on recruiting performance through regular reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within financial services or investment management.
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday; tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance recruiting processes.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships in competitive talent markets.
  • Agile mindset with adaptability to changing priorities and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
