About the role
- Remote position; may require work at customer site from time to time
- Coordinates all aspects of a product or service offering from inception to installation
- Extensive interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development, and cross-functional teams
- Focused on delivery of new or enhanced products and improving customer satisfaction through technology
- Oversees schedules and budgets to ensure goal attainment
- Manages large-scope/high-complexity projects and communicates status, impediments, and mitigation to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-8 years related experience (employee benefits experience preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio
- Strong project management skills; experience managing large or complex projects
- Effective communication and presentation skills to senior/executive audiences
