About the role

  • Remote position; may require work at customer site from time to time
  • Coordinates all aspects of a product or service offering from inception to installation
  • Extensive interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development, and cross-functional teams
  • Focused on delivery of new or enhanced products and improving customer satisfaction through technology
  • Oversees schedules and budgets to ensure goal attainment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-8 years related experience (employee benefits experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Strong project management skills; experience managing large or complex projects
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to senior/executive audiences
  • Customer-focused; critical thinking; team mentality; business acumen; learning agility
