About the role

  • As a Digital Engineering Lead, you will play a strategic role in shaping and delivering modern digital software solutions and platforms. You’ll lead cross-functional engineering teams, define scalable architectures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to drive platform modernization, accelerate innovation, and enable end-to-end digital transformation for our clients. Key Responsibilities Technical Strategy & Roadmapping: Define and evolve technical strategies and roadmaps that align with digital transformation goals. Solution Architecture: Design and lead the implementation of scalable, cloud-native digital solutions using modern frameworks and platforms. Engineering Leadership: Guide frontend, backend, and mobile development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices across the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Agile Delivery: Deliver secure, high-performing, and user-centric applications using agile methodologies and DevSecOps principles. DevOps & Quality: Oversee CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), automated testing, and code quality initiatives. Client Engagement: Act as a trusted technical advisor in client engagements, supporting digital strategy, architecture, and solution design. Talent Development: Mentor and grow engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Technology Stack Frontend: React, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript Backend: Node.js, Java Mobile: Ionic, ReactNative Cloud: Azure DevSecOps: CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitOps Tools: Figma, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Apache JMeter Qualifications Must be able to be hands on Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 15+ years of experience in software development, including 5+ years in a technical leadership role. Proven experience leading enterprise digital transformation or platform modernization initiatives. Demonstrated innovation success Knowledge of emerging technologies Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, API design, and data integration. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
