About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own major surfaces end-to-end across product and growth, including research, flows, interfaces, prototypes, specifications and QA
- Translate clinical blood results into understandable, actionable mobile experiences for non-clinicians
- Design the day-to-day experience across the Eat, Move, Sleep and Relax pillars
- Design personalized experiences for members with different biology
- Own acquisition and activation experiences with product and growth
- Build and maintain the design system as the team grows
- Balance long-term product direction with near-term shipping and set design direction for upcoming quarters
- Work directly with product and engineering
- Present and justify design decisions to leadership and clinical stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Around 4+ years of product design experience
- Experience shipping consumer products
- Portfolio of shipped consumer work demonstrating problems, decisions, trade-offs and potential improvements
- Strong visual and interaction design craft
- Ability to make dense information such as ranges, trends and states feel calm rather than clinical
- Mobile-first design instincts
- Real prototyping ability to test assumptions
- Comfortable owning outcomes rather than screens and being measured on them
- Good judgment in ambiguous situations
- Confident and responsible use of AI tools
